SENIOR DIGITAL DESIGNER, TJX | TJMAXX.COM (10/18-2/20)
Designing and concepting a wide range of digital assets for tjmaxx.com while also developing and guiding a team of designers and contractors. Partner with brand and channel managers, and traffic, production, and studio to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, and deadlines. Concepting a seasonal look and feel of the brand and art direction of fashion photo shoots, managing the creative vision from beginning to end. Monitor all creative materials through all stages of pre-production and production. Efficiently manage and complete all work on time. Partner with upper management on production that applies to concept development and creative execution.

DIGITAL DESIGNER, TJX | TJMAXX.COM (1/16-10/18)
Designing and concepting a wide range of digital assets for tjmaxx.com including emails, homepages, landing pages, social media marketing, affiliate advertising, and mobile app design. Work closely with the manager of creative, design manager, designers and copywriters to develop creative material that meets business needs while also meeting change requests in a timely manner. Art direction of photo shoots and managing the creative vision from beginning to end. Retouching and giving retouching direction. Overseeing the design team and freelancers to ensure brand guidelines are being followed.

Concepted and designed a wide range of digital assets for tjmaxx.com including emails, homepages, landing pages, social media marketing, affiliate advertising, and mobile app design. Worked closely with the manager of creative, design manager, designers and copywriters to develop creative material that meets business needs.

CONTRACT GRAPHIC DESIGNER, NEW BALANCE (5/15-11/15)
Worked with the Global Brand Marketing Team to create design-forward communications for both print and digital, including: large format in-store materials and points of purchase, retail exterior graphics and window displays, trade show marketing materials and booth design, billboards, emails, magazine advertisements, online banners and other various global communications. 

CONTRACT JUNIOR DESIGNER, RUE LA LA (8/14-1/15)
Worked collaboratively and constructively with the Marketing/Acquisitions team to produce performance-based digital advertising assets. Partnered with creative service channels including the marketing team and copywriting team to produce innovative solutions to digital marketing assets until final hand off to third-party vendors. Partnered with Art Director and Designers to uphold the Rue La La brand guidelines while protecting the integrity of world-class brands. 

CONTRACT GRAPHIC DESIGNER, J.JILL (1/14-8/14)
Email, web, and mobile asset conceptualization, layout, and design. Worked with Creative Director to ensure brand integrity. Accurately executed direction and change requests in a timely manner. Worked with all creative service channels, including merchandising and marketing departments, to ensure cohesiveness of creative. Retouched and manipulated images. Optimized and released files to development.

WEB CONTENT SPECIALIST / DESIGNER, ECCO (5/13-1/14)
Worked on email, web, and mobile asset conceptualization, layout, and design. Worked with Creative Director to ensure brand integrity. Accurately executed direction and change requests in a timely manner.
